This book is great if you already have some knowledge of the FBD but it lacks a lot of information in the “Pocket Guode found” and on the website.

A friend of mine had tried this diet and it worked, “said … and it works a crazy schedule with tons of stress … if they can make work, I thought why not. So I have the 4-day starter, and yes, I have a few pounds to lose … not much, but I only have 10 or losing Sun I sat for 28 days and at the end of the first month (with a few “off plan” days thrown) I lost 5 pounds had! It is simple, the food is delicious and I loved the fast-food, fast food, frozen food and options were SO easy to have hand or get at the gas station quick! And any diet, the peanut butter and chocolate, as each day option is worth a try! Some people have commented on the cost of the brand name foods.
