I do like the way the system focuses on burning carbohydrates, which in turn encourages your body to naturally burn stored fat in order to compensate for the loss of carbohydrates. Not to mention the progressive steps to maximize results in the shortest amount of time. Furthermore, calorie counting is not an option.
